Long awaited news on Grade 1 listed building consent

February 2011 sees the long awaited planning committee meeting to decide the fate of the listed building application to carry out major refurbishment works at the Talbot Hotel, Oundle Northants. The listed building and planning applications were nearly 12 months in the making. The scheme has won the support of English Heritage and East Northants District Council.
