Birmingham Bullring, Spiceal Street Development

Horsley Townsend were commissioned as fit-out Architects by JMDA Ltd for a new Restaurant at the Bullring's Spiceal Street Development. Chapman Taylor were the shell Architects for the overall structure. Horsley Townsend worked closely with all the consultants involved to gain Planning Permission for the proposals, pass the stringent Bullring approval procedures and gain Building Control Approval for the scheme to programme. Horsley Townsend then worked alongside Pilkington Planar, Solarlux and Axion SG to produce the final structural glazing and folding sliding doors seen in the images. Images courtesy of Axion SG.
