At Horsley Townsend Architects we are a RIBA chartered architect practice with experience of working on numerous projects in and around Leeds.  The areas we work in are often as diverse as the projects themselves, including work on Greenbelt projects, Conservation, urban and inner-city areas in Leeds.

We begin every project with an initial chat to talk through ideas; we don’t charge for this part of our service but will send you a written quotation detailing our costs for taking your project further.

Our architect services can be divided into around four separate stages with the first stage running up to the submission of an application for planning permission.  Stage two covers the submission of a building regulations application whilst the third is the preparation of detailed construction drawings.  Once we’ve prepared construction drawings, these can then be used to help you appoint the best builder for your project.

Last and by no means least, the fourth stage is our assistance during the building phase of your project.

Flexibility is key to our architect services in Leeds and because we use the standard RIBA appointments, our clients can appoint us for as many – or as few – stages as they wish.
